Pastor Karen Austin 
Pastor Karen served as a Lay Pastor, Youth Minister and a Prison Minister before founding Heart 2 Heart Ministries in September 2003. She is licensed and ordained through My Father’s House Ministries International located in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania.
Pastor Karen served as West Virginia State Apostolic Prayer Coordinator for US Reformation Prayer Network, founded by Generals International and Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network founded by Apostle John Benefiel.
Pastor's desire is to see the Body of Christ fulfill their divine destinies through freedom in Christ. She believes this is achieved as people receive revelation of the height, length, depth and width of His amazing love through worship and intimacy with Jesus. Pastor Karen flows in a prophetic revelatory anointing revealing the heart of the Father and bringing healing to the heart of man. Her ministry challenges the Body of Christ to move from the ways of tradition into the paradigm of the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Karen and her husband, Rick, have been married for forty-one years. Her husband fully recognizes and supports her call to the ministry. Together they have three children and two grandchildren.
Jon and Jolene Hamill, co-founders of Lamplighter Ministries are Apostolic Advisors for Heart 2 Heart Ministries. Lamplighter Ministries was established as a catalyst for Christ's dream of awakening and societal transformation in America and the nations. With a focus on prayer, teaching, and prophetic ministry, cofounders Jon and Jolene Hamill impart vision, hope and practical tools to enrich the body of Christ.
On Pentecost 2010, Jon & Jolene were ordained by prophetic statesman James W. Goll during a special consecration service at the close of the Global Day of Prayer in Herrnhut, Germany. Previous to this, in February 2006, Jon and Jolene were ordained with International Apostolic Ministries.
Pastoral Staff
Assistant Pastors Ron & Donna Born of Arthurdale, WV are well known by the community for their love of the people. Together they have many years in serving the Lord and are true servants unto the Lord. Ron and Donna have been married for 31 years. They have one daughter and three grandsons.
The Worship Team - Spirit & Truth
Joy Cox is the leader of our worship team named “Spirit & Truth”, which is the way the Lord instructs us to truly worship. Assistant worship leaders Michelle Smith and Pam Boyce assist in leading the team into spontaneous worship– following the lead of Holy Spirit. The team has an incredible anointing to take us into the most Holy Place.
Healing and Deliverance Team
The Healing and Deliverance team is headed up by Tim Shrout and Donna Born. Both have had extensive training in healing and deliverance. Tim and Donna have been used to set many free from various bondages and traumas of the past enabling them to now serve the Lord in freedom.
